Penshurst Extension and Renovation
Extension and Remodelling in Greenbelt
The existing 1950’s house was in need of complete renovation and also had a very dark red brick that was slightly forbidding. We worked closely with the planning officers to get the maximum extension possible under the very strict Greenbelt rules and enhanced the architectural design by adding a render finish to the whole house making it lighter and more friendly.
Internally we replanned the ground floor to make it more open and family friendly.
