Sevenoaks Townhouse
Split Level Urban Box
This house replaced a 1950’s house that needed everything doing to it and was well below road level making car access steep and dangerous.
Our modern new house design worked with these levels to create a split level replacement house. The entrance and hallway is half way between ground and first floor, so you go down to the living area and up to the bedrooms.

At the rear we created an outdoor eating area enclosed by the L-shaped floor plan

This is a good example of our work using 3D design as Architects on new houses.
