Tunbridge Wells New Wing Extension
Adding a New Wing
Our client searched for a local Tunbridge Wells practice who could help them extend their home to create an open plan flow between the ground floor Family spaces and the garden. Their idea was to bring the outside into the house and create a seamless transition between the two. Our experience of doing just this persuaded them to hire us.
Our design adds an extra 2 storey wing to the existing house and remodels the whole of the ground floor including a new main entrance. We obtained planning consent quickly and with no pre-construction conditions so that they can start as soon as they are ready.
