Replacement For a Pub
This house replaced a redundant old pub. We managed to gain planning consent to move the house further down the site to take advantage of the large garden area.
The plan is an arrow shape to take advantage of the sun and garden views with a first floor terrace. As the site falls away you can see the split level change between the main sitting room with the angled window and the lower level second sitting area.
The house also has a basement concealed under the higher level.
